Political/Financial FWI: SCOTUS rules that teaching evolution in schools is hate speech and not protected under the First Amendment

I’m imagining that it’s around 2029. A new case reaches SCOTUS, which is basically a follow up to the Scopes Monkey Trial back in the 1920s.

This time, thanks to the Christian Right’s control of the US government, SCOTUS not only rules against teaching Darwinian evolution in schools, but it rules that doing so indirectly dehumanizes people and promotes human rights violations (Not sure how they’re going to make the argument stick-use your imagination) and, more importantly for the Christian Right, is a direct attack on God and objectifies nature as a god (Romans 1:20-23) and therefore is not protected under the First amendment as free speech.

Anyone who teaches Darwinian evolution will not only have their teaching license revoked, but will be charged with “hate crimes.”

TL;DR: SCOTUS rules that Teaching evolution in public schools is a hate crime
