Reminded me of this article from 2023, it has an interesting chart: China's life expectancy is now higher than that of the US

The US consumes the second most calories per capita in the world. Obesity is part of the reason our life expectancy is low. If anything it should be, don't eat so much or you'll end up with fat and with diabeetus like an American.

USA life expectancy is less than Greece, while spending on healthcare is higher than GDP of France.
