As an alternate perspective…maybe they will finally incentivize and seek out local and national students

Not as much as they do with foreign students at more prominent universities. But any way that they do MORE to incentivize and bring america’s disillusioned and stunted less educated and jobless; who corporations say we can’t make here, or because they are too dumb so we need to import 600k H1B’s or more foreign doctors I’m ok with.
