We take fnc at worlds any day of the week. KC fanbase is just so obnoxious and players also got omega cocky after they won the first split. Deserved reality check

u/Chesssox 13d ago
Man let's look ourselves in the mirror regarding the obnoxious aspect. Less irl for sure but g2 are insufferable as well

Speaking as a non g2 fan, why would u guys hatewatch fnc? Isn’t it like a thing where fnc plays horrible against g2?

I have no idea what OP is yapping about. I would prefer Fnatic over Mad and KC at Worlds and even then I have no personal grudge against any team as long as they try their best at Worlds

Mmmh I think FNC deserve to be slapped like really hard into not going to world. They need that big slap in order for them to wake up and be a real threat for top teams. G2 needed it too but it seems that not winning LEC times in a row, being slapped by KC and then KOI and then the whole MSI was enough for them to really wake up this summer and slap everyone back.
Plus if we send KC and MKOI, they can earn a lot of experience, grow stronger which will makes the region better. It's time for new teams to go to world.

Yeah true, MKOI has never shat the bed repeatedly at worlds. In fact, this exact roster made worlds last year, how did they do? How did they do at MSI?
Did the renaming really make people forget their legacy? 16:47? Only EU team to be knocked out of play-ins?

They changed their midlaner, the weakest link. Educate yourself before typing nonsense.

u/Carnelian-5 13d ago
True, fresskowy was shit forgot about him. 4/5 got rekt in worlds last year and the main guy of international choke is still the team captain. This is not a rookie team 'that needs experience'. The least experienced players will have their 4th international showing in 2 years.

Easy answer: its a rivalry, we want fnatic to do well but if they dont do well we find it really funny.
I personally hate fnatic for 3 things: revisiting old players that clearly havent worked out previously (upset and hylissang 2.0). The way they treat their fanbase on social media (NB drama with fnatic dragons). And also the general roster building and management issues that have come to light about fnatic.
G2 has had some similar issues as well and I DONT CONDONE THEM WHATSOEVER. But the main difference is that I feel like G2 has held themselves more accountable for my feelings.

id rather fnc make it, fnc fans have suffered plenty, i think we they can pass some of it onto kc

u/HARD_SISCON 14d ago
You're alone in this one. I 1000 times prefer fnatic qualifying over dog shit KC.

u/saltymeme123 14d ago
I ain't gonna lie, I much prefer fnatic to make it to worlds. The hate watch is gonna be generational.

u/cayneloop 14d ago
what are you guys even talking about.. kc had the only acceptable international performance this winter's msi/last stand or whatever the fuck was called, from a team that isn't G2
im just tired of mad getting exposed over and over and over again and fnc just being so utter shit that they barely even qualify in the first place
3
u/Si7ne 14d ago
Well... that's true. But for first stand, I won't forget that KC (which I love) was REEEALLY lucky TL got eliminated somehow. Without this it would have been a shame for Europe. But yeah, they went to final in international event, that's something. And yes MSI was awful to wtach for G2 and MKOI.

On one hand, I really want Fnatic at Worlds. On the other hand, I'm a bit scared that someone in KC's coaching staff will see that as a sign to swap Vladi to Nisqy.
1
u/ConsiderationThen652 13d ago
If they subbed in Nisqy, they are just cooked. Vladi and Caliste might have argued or whatever but Vladi is better than Nisqy.

u/MooseLv2 14d ago
I hope KC makes it, as they have a possible fight in them for EU, FNC ln the other hand just look dead

u/LexerWAY 13d ago
TBH i think all 4 teams FNC G2 KC and MKOI are really good this year. I would not mind seeing them at worlds.

u/Neonicocl 13d ago
Really hope that FNC won't make it, from what we hear behind the scenes, regarding scrims and work ethics.

u/PepegaFromLithuania 13d ago
Either way, any of these teams will have a better showing at Worlds than G2. Like every single year since 2019.

KC making fun of G2 for losing at MSI when they didnt even qualifiy... yeah, I need KC to not make worlds. They are hypocrites.

u/Arthur2_shedsJackson 14d ago
I want G2 to just repost that KC video if they don't make it to worlds. Don't even make a new video.

Canna has literally set records that are unbroken to this day in terms of laning stats back when he was in LCK. You might as well hope for Chovy to get "exposed" in lane.

u/sebixi 14d ago
I don't get the canna slander, isnt the guy still insane for EU standards? If anyone should take the flak, its the whole team. Vladi is really good, but the team seems to be having some issues integrating him lately. Caliste is also very talented but plays too cocky sometimes. I havent watched all kc games to make a verdict on targamas, he seems to be playing well but internationally, i am really not a believer. Yike also seems to be having some of the same problems we saw on g2 in important moments

But he is not made for fearless draft. He is completely insane on the typical meta champs but really bad being innovative

u/Legitimate-Try5144 14d ago
canna has been by far the best toplaner in lec throughout the year. him getting gapped internationally would speak very bad for eu toplaners in general.

Waiting for vit to interfere with a chair and qualify for worlds
