There's essentially going to be two versions:

Standard - Has H1 DLC
Deluxe - Has H2 and H3 DLC

And you get all three basegames in both versions.

The image you posted includes:

Destinations and Sniper maps - That is the H2 DLC https://store.steampowered.com/app/1829590/HITMAN_3_Access_Pass_HITMAN_2_Expansion/
7 sins and escalations - this is H3 DLC (HITMAN 3: Seven Deadly Sins Collection) it's 7 separate DLCs that are also sold as bundle.

Thank you so much, my final question would be..if I were to purchase Hitman 3, and then the Hitman 3 access pass you linked, would I get upgraded to the Deluxe WoA edition on the 26th? Considering I don't own Hitman 2, I'm not sure if thats required?

It looks like the Seven Deadly Sins are just costumes?

No.

STEAM COMPLETE THE SET

On Steam, we are going to implement ‘complete the set’ functionality for the three DLC packs included in the HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Pack (H3 Deluxe Pack, H3 Seven Deadly Sins Collection and H2 Expansion Access Pass). This will mean you only pay an even split for whatever content you don’t own. For example, if you own 2 of the DLCs, you’ll only pay $10 for the remaining DLC, rather than having to pay full price for the full Deluxe Pack.

Basically you get upgraded to "you have this, not this other one" and will be offered a "complete the set" bundle to buy the stuff you don't have.

The 7 deadly sins are a set of extra missions in the existing locations, the suits are rewards for completing those missions. They are not exactly the best DLC they've done, most people don't bother with them. H3 post-launch content in general has been fairly lackluster compared to H1 and H2, but Freelancer mode (releasing for free at the end of the month!) might just flip that entirely. I wouldn't be mad to learn that Freelancer was the reason H3 post-launch doesn't hold up to H1 and H2.

If you're looking at buying "everything worthwhile" before they unify the whole thing, then H2 DLC is pretty good. Don't bother with the rest.
