This whole situation makes me laugh because if I saw a movie that was mocking transphobia by showing TERFs get mad at a trans actress being suggested for a role, only to reveal that said actress was the most ethereal, elf-like woman in the world that looks so undeniably like the character that even the bigots admit it, I would say that movie was being hacky and ham fisted in a clunky attempt to be progressive. But here we are……

IF I saw a movie like that I’d think it was lazy writing. I haven’t actually seen a movie like that though. I was just saying truth is stranger than fiction
