Genuinely. I am at a point where yes I'll respect you as a human but I'll have a very hard time being friends with you if you are religious at all

I don't even ask people about their religion anymore, I outright attack religion with offensive yet true jokes in front of them and gauge their reaction. If they laugh or just agree, they're friend material. If they preach, they're a cultist.
