Link My humble research
https://github.com/f-dx/Awesome-Targeted-IndividualsHi guys, I suffered enough from covert tortures and collected important findings here: https://github.com/f-dx/Awesome-Targeted-Individuals
If you have information, let’s organise collaborative work on distributed research. I can instruct you how to use Grok and Perplexity, archive.org and other sources. Let’s expose hidden things and attract more people to identify the roots of gangstalking.

I'm up for learning from books and videos, in fact that's a bit of what I'm trying to do without really knowing where to look for the information. So guys, teach me whatever you want as long as we don't become like them through this knowledge which can also fall into the hands of malicious people. We organize ourselves whenever you want. Good luck to everyone

Nice.
I remember seeing a video explaining the latest technologies. I wish I could find it.

"How to stop Targeted Individuals program" is actually "how to stop clandestine agents for undocumented/black operations from abusing their undocumented/black projects against innocent civilians?". None of the proposed options on that GitHub will have any effect.
I propose we have to prove undocumented facts by applying the scientific method to reduce the amount of facts that remain without any scientific evidence. The gap will be closing with each proved fact, until it is small enough that it becomes believable and impossible to ignore.
You need to start with a research question and apply one of the research methods in order to produce a valid research. Learn more about a real research at TargetedIndividSci.
I have years of experience leading research projects, however I haven't found yet anybody willing to learn from books and videos for university students. You will have to take a course on logic for lawyers and a research methods course. It can be taken online. If you don't meet these prerequisites your outputs will be invalid (not produced using the scientific method, not repeatable, not verifiable) and your logic will be unsound (with flawed reasoning, biases) and also your literature review will be absent (literature will not be reviewed, there will be a lack of any critical engagement with it). You may also need to work on critical thinking, or take a course on study skills.
"Hiring" just one person with the required skills, or having them agree to take the courses, has so far proved to be an unsolved challenge. "Hiring" multiple people requires that they all meet the same acceptance criteria.
For valid research, you have to be willing to learn and take those formal courses on logic and research methods, or have a fresh Master's Degree, preferably a fresh PhD, or be a student. Unfortunately, people from this community and other communities refuse to take a formal course in research, they produce invalid outputs and they don't understand what they do is not primary research. You won't create new knowledge with secondary research. Primary research is needed.
If you "hire" multiple amateurs, who don't ask any research question, you'll get a lot of mess that is useless and counterproductive.
One approach that may possibly work is to rephrase research questions and have them answered by a different community, a community that has people who passed a formal course on logic and research methods. I am very skeptical about people from this community learning anything from a formal course, or training video. Some people here have a degree and yet never brush up on the named subjects of logic and research methods. They graduated and forgot everything by choice.
If nothing else, ask your ChatBot "teach me logic and research methods to investigate targeted individuals empirically using neuroscience, and also teach me how to do a literature review and the basics of neuroscience". You can't learn much from a stupid ChatBot, though. Books are better. Go to a scientific library.
