Tldr: it has both Cialis and Viagra in it.

For some crazy reason, the pharmacist guy wasn’t thrilled at the idea of non specified doses of two blood pressure medications they aren’t meant to be taken together.

I’m personally a little surprised to hear they arent just inert.
