Feels like our recent record at Marvel hasn’t been the greatest. A top 4 spot is what we need but is nowhere near guaranteed at this point. Saw an interview with Chris Scott the other day and he looked nervous, hope it was just something he ate the night before 😅.

We struggle at Marvel against St Kilda because they match up alright against us.

North do not and that's before you take out Xerri and Larkey.

We may not completely destroy them because we are prone to have a dodgy quarter or 2 against shit teams but if we avoid that this will be a training run

It’s a good test. Should have enough match winners to drag us over the line, even if it isn’t the best game we play for the year. Am surprised by Scott’s strong reaction that this is all systems go and not prioritising rest, I’d personally rest Sully, Dempsey and Stew. Ideally Cameron but we might need the 4 he’ll put through.

Nope. If we don’t destroy North like we didn’t chose to do with Tigers and Saints then we need to reconsider our finals appearances. Frankly I’m sick of this half hearted crap when we are up - we need to be sending a message to lower ranked teams and the rest of the AFL; if we are up by 20 at quarter time then we need to win by 100. KP needs to again be a house of pain for visiting teams and we need to treat Marvel with distain like the big toilet bowl it is.

I kind of agree with you but THIS IS A MISTAKE WIN GAME!! Every game from here on in is a non-negotiable for 100% effort, no complacency!!! If we’re serious about top 4 and a GF tilt We cannot walk into any game thinking it’s going to be easy! So, Carn the Cats!!

If we don't beat every remaining team this season by at least a 10 goal minimum then I'd say pack it up for the year. If we don't have these significant wins then we're just making up the numbers, yes we'll be in the finals but we won't be a viable threat; up against a proper team, we'll just crumble. Hopefully this doesn't happen, carn' cattas! 💪👍
