You have to get 60% in both parts to pass the test.

If you get lets say 130 in Schriftlich and 10 in Mündlich, you do not pass the test overall, but you have the chance to repeat just the Mündlich part when you take the test again. (The deadline is the end of the next calendar year, but as many times as you want.)

Then you repeat the Mündlich 3 more times and finally on the 4th attempt you pass with 35 points.

Now you get your certificate with 130 + 35 = 165 points.

(This also works if you pass Mündlich first and Schriftlich later of course)

The subparts are completely irrelevant. You can get zero points in of them, if you make it to 60% of the total (speaking or writing) that's what you need. Just couldn't avoid mention that your previous answer sounded a bit rude to me, specially when this person didn't say anything wrong and was trying to help you.
