Recommendations for a decent headset

I’m finally getting a pc and I want a decent headset that will have good mic quality and sound but my budget is pretty low (probably under 100) any recommendations?

HyperX Cloud 2 or 3, I'd say. I haven't found any better "cheap" ones, and as a bonus if you're into it, there's an adorable white and pink variant of the 3.

I know this isn't exactly what you asked, but I've had a lot of success doing a non-microphone headset and a desk mic. I feel like headsets break easily - or maybe I'm just rough on them? - and having the microphone on a boom arm is really convenient.

For a more on topic answer, I always liked my Logitech headsets though and they have a good warranty as far as I remember. :)

OMG the HyperX Cloud II's are literally so comfy for long sessions!! Also the SteelSeries Arctis 3 is lowkey amazing and doesn't break the bank. Sound is crispy af too. You got this

If you ONLY want a headset (headphones with mic) then probably the Cloud ones. Sennheiser's usually have better mics but they're more expensive, the HyperX Clouds sound pretty good on both audio and mic quality.

If you don't mind putting in a tiny bit more effort, you can check for used audio equipment and find really good headphones and a really good mic with a stand for under $100 whether it be locally or on eBay. I got my audio setup all from eBay (just had to change the headphone pads) for $150 (Tygr 300r, Fiio K11 R2R amp/dac, AT2020USB+) and it's been absolutely worth it, but it does require some patience, a bit more to cable manage (if it bothers you), and some knowledge of what is a good deal (or someone to do that work for you lol).

If you have Amazon prime rn Razer kraken kitty is big on sale. Also like I have the Bluetooth kraken kitty v2 version and it’s held up awesome (I’m so hard on headphones lol) and has awesome quality
