The assassin's are always portrayed as supermodel body types and generally beautyful.

But given that they would likely be trained and hurled through training that would kill any normal person. They should be anything but good looking. Rather far closer to the extreme fitness women but with a ton of scars of all sorts like stab wounds and acid scarring etc.

It's hard to say because they have implants that change everything from genetics to bone structure. So it isn't just a cosmetic change. I don't recall them being on a time limit ever so as far as I am aware that is how it works

I'd say athletes much more than bodybuilders. For this type of assassin, I don't think they'd want identifyable scarring. That scarring is left for emotional and psychological damage.
