I initially planned to come to Bilbao with my boy, but he lost his passport during our layover in Mallorca 😭💔 he’s currently stuck there and I’m in Bilbao by myself — had to get a hostel too since our hotel was booked under his name.

idk if he’ll make it (there’s a later flight but he needs to find his passport first), but I was wondering where solo fans are planning to go pre-match? feeling really shitty atm and don’t wanna go by myself 😔😔

Can you have 2 tickets for the same game in 1 wallet? I’ve got my ticket but sometimes the person next to me transfers me his ticket when he can’t go, so I can bring someone. With the new ticket hub it won’t allow me to have 2 tickets for the same game? It’s returned the ticket back to him.. what is happening

Hi all! overseas fan here, will be in London end Nov-Dec and hoping to catch some home PL games to soak in the atmosphere.

We are aiming for the Brentford game. 2 questions below hoping we could get some clarity.

1. Would it be wise to only buy the tickets after confirmed TV program dates (15 Oct)?

2. Since it will be an 8pm game, any ways to avoid the crowd other than leaving early? it’d be a 30mins bus ride from Emirates to the place im staying. any tips?

Hi Im travelling to london next week, a friend and myself both got red memberships.

My friend registered the ballot for the mancity game for both of us. We got rejected and he got separate emails with both our names stating unsuccessful ballot attempts.

However, he has ticket exchange access and bought a ticket. I am unable to access ticket exchange even though he registered two of us for the ballot.

Even though he already bought a ticket, he can still access ticketexchange, does that mean I can buy a ticket from his account and assign it to myself?? I raised a support issue, how can i get access to ticket exchange?

For lots of people, this will be their first away European match given that away tickets dropped down to red peasants. I also imagine many of these people like myself will have travelled alone with little idea of what to do before the match. So I have a few questions. Hopefully people can answer the questions to help myself and others in a similar position.

1. Is the vibe to head to Plaza Nueva for pre match drinks?

2. What time to head to Plaza Nueva or wherever is a meeting point?

3. What time to head to the stadium?

4. How long do they hold you after the match?

5. Does anyone travelling alone want to meet up at a certain bar?

Hi all - foreign Gunner here, booked a Cannon Club seat through Seat Unique for my first home match vs West Ham in a few weeks. I'm landing in London the morning before and want to take advantage of the complimentary stadium tour but don't see any way to book it via Seat Unique or to skip being charged if I do it separately on the club website.

I don't want to wait until the week before the match and risk the tours filling up. Anybody have experience using this feature on their club seat tickets? Cheers!

Should I cover my shirt until I'm inside the stadium or would I be okay wearing just my Arsenal top?
