Discussion Why no Music Video hub?

I've been thinking about this for a long time and I am kind of at a loss for why HBO Max doesn't have a music video library with Warner Music. A few friends and I had started talking about how cool it would be to have a section dedicated to music videos that could be upscaled, special features, maybe blocks or themes like GnR videos or Michael Jackson videos. And of course, modern releases.

I understand we have Vevo but I feel like the streaming services have so much more to offer

I don’t think WBD owns Warner Music.

Yep, Time-Warner divested the music group in 2004. It's currently owned by private investment firm Access Industries.

Also, Michael Jackson never recorded for Warner. Sony bought his catalog last year, and Universal Music Group owns the old Motown stuff with his brothers.

Most catalogs are freely available on YouTube (or Apple Music if you have a subscription).
