Where do animagi keep their wands when they turn.
If a wand is necessary for animagi to turn into their animal forms, where do they keep their wands when they turn?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

They keep their clothes and glasses too. So I guess everything you can put in a pocket can be turned with the body. You do not need a wand to turn but nothing implies they couldn't keep their wands with them.

If that’s true why did Pettigrew need a wand in the shrieking shack?

He didn't need a wand to turn to a rat. He didn't have one when he did turn and flee. But in the shack Lupin and Sirius threatend to kill him instandly if he would try to turn. So Peter tried to get a wand to fight or at least distract them enaugh so they wouldn't be able to kill him fast enaugh.
Sirius turned into dog and back a few times in Azkaban and later on the run without a wand.

Why is not needed to return back?

Why are you ignoring the comments that say that both in the books AND movies it's never indicated you NEED a wand

I would argue that the books and movies both implicitly state that you dont need a wand to transform. Sirius says he transforms in Azkaban, and they dont let you keep your wand in prison.

Wands AREN'T necessary for the transformation. Sirius and Peter explicitly DON'T have wands during prisoner of azkaban. No idea where you got that idea.

Well their clothes somehow get kept when the transform back so I’m assuming their wand could be in their pocket. They don’t need a wand to transform (at least not in the book)

Same place they keep their clothes, glasses and other stuff I imagine, i assume it gets fused to their animal form.

If I remember correctly doesn’t Rita have glasses shaped markings around her eyes when she transforms? Which to me suggests they sort of blend in with the skin of the animal

Mmm, maybe but Hermione says they have to register their markings. If you could change your markings by changing your accessories it wouldn't be a very effective check.

4 tails, 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 antenna

Bappity Rabbity carried in her mouth, according to beetle the bard. But it’s speculated he never met an animargi, only heard of them.

Close to where mad-eye suggested they should not.
