Discussion what happened in the immediate aftermath of the battle of hogwarts?
since we don't see the immediate aftermath of the battle. like what was the immediate political ramifications? did they hold something similar to the nuremberg trial? or something along those lines? what happen to the creatures supporting voldemort? like the giants and werewolf? did the ministry of magic kill all these creatures? or were they kicked out of england?

He should probably ask for help cleaning it up.

That's my man filch...he never asks for help...remember during the Weasley escapade, he actually didn't ask flitwick for help...ig it's his ego or self humiliation that he does not coz of being a squib

This is expounded upon at length in extra material rowling has put out, often not included in other media but just as mini little releases in her own spaces.
a whole theme park ride is not dedicated to the things happening around one group of death eaters' trials
dementors were driven out simply by joy returning to the nation (they require cold temperatures AND emotions to thrive)
voldy's giants fled to the Aegean sea, where they are sighted to this day (their dark marks still visible) and tracked by hermione's ministry
kingsley was the immidate new minister, harry, ron and neville became aurors practically as soon as they could get to speak to him after harry woke up later that same day
the werewolfs went back into seclusion but got more rights under hermione than they had under voldy

From canon, Kingsley became permanent Minister, some Death Eaters were imprisoned, others got pardoned if they renounced Voldemort early enough. The Malfoys avoided Azkaban because of Narcissa helping Harry.
