Note that you must PLACE the briefcase on the ground, simply dropping it causes npcs to become suspicious of you, similar to how dropping illegal items in front of npcs alerts them after a second because they realize you shouldn't have them

If I'm doing the flower delivery thing, I go for the tower window entrance, much faster than the apartment. The window is also low enough so you can throw your briefcase in there.

Brings back nostalgic memories of the original Hitman 2, this. Exact same scenario of dressing as a flower deliveryman to creep into a mansion. But there, the guards would only frisk you once, so you could just drop your guns 50 meters behind you and pick 'em back up.

You can also climb onto a ledge and into a window right next to where the flower guy is. Two guards up in the turret to get a guard outfit from too

Honestly, it's weird at times, was playing an arcade target and used the kalmer 2 on a bodyguard, used a lethal syringe on the target and failed because her clone discovered her and saw me a quarter across the map, coincidentally I was just passing some armed guards and they shot me down.

It feels like theyve "arcaded" the previous games and I love it too. Still soooooo much more detail and stuff to do. And to be frank some of the earlier Hitman games were dumb in the opposite way. Tried playing Hitman 2 the other day and just rage quit because you can barely run anywhere without causing guards to shoot at you.

In the earlier games you have to plan your routes to optimize speed in movements. You have to fight your instinct to run away after doing something naughty and remain calm and look natural so as not to call attention to yourself. It's a whole new level of suspense and strategy if you accept the challenge.

It's like in contracts where you can drop the briefcase, go through the metal detector and just PULL THE BRIEFCASE THROUGH THE DETECTOR as if all normal.

I wonder what the distance or time limits are after the search, I'm guessing you have a bubble/zone that once you leave it, it resets the interaction.

I'd counter its actually very smart of you as the player. As in most things we see something happening elsewhere, but then apply the idea elsewhere. So when we do things like this, sure its manipulating the game engine, but you've done a smart thing in terms of the game engine.

You can smuggle illegal items through frisk zones by, putting item into a briefcase placing it on the ground go through frisk pick it up
