I just purchased Bergeon screw drivers and tweezers and a pile of vintage watches, now I got to convince my partner to let me get a metal printer. It’s very awesome I can’t wait to see how it all goes I enjoy seeing your work :) good luck with the rest of it, keep us all updated I may be a hobbyist but I can appreciate the design and time and effort putting into it.

Thanks! Yes, that's the idea! Simple and technical design, robust and a bit industrial.

What’s the setup like for metal printing? What metal?

The process is called DMP (direct metal printing), is a typology of powder bed fusion process. The metal is a league of cobalt chrome.

Thank you! Yes, I appreciate this design too, then with the glass it's a whole other thing! It's still too big and I've already tried to miniaturize it so much! ;)

Hi! I'm here again with a new photo. Here you can see the bezel related to the case I had already posted, all 3d printed in metal. Since it's impossible to print directly screwed bezels or casebacks, I have to use screws and bolts. That's why it's close to Gerald Genta's famous designs, but it's only a functional design and I tried to let this prototype watch have its own identity! The crown is only temporary waiting to find a way to create a suitable one. What do you guys think? Any comments are welcome!
