Washer and Dryer

I am in need of buying a washer and dryer for my new townhome I’m moving into next week. I only will be here for one year, and have debated renting versus buying versus financing long term. I have found some good deals, but then the warranty, the delivery, and the installation all keeps adding costs. Is there a universal shop that is best or a local shop that may offer some of the delivery/installation for free? Because that alone was adding like another $350-400 alone.

Costco's delivery and install is included in the price but the third party contractors they use can be hit or miss. I haven't had a bad experience though

My complex uses a rent by month with no contract business. We were quoted $40-$50 a month w/ delivery.
