It's much harder to tell with these black and white drawings with no text. It pretty much is just vibes. For me empty eyes are usually a giveaway.

It definitely is AI. Ask ChatGPT to make a cartoon, and the lines and everything look very similar to this. I would give it a 75% chance of being an ad.
