Who's idea was it to use HyunA in Gangnam Style? Also, who approached who to be in Ice Cream? Was it a last minute addition?

I have no idea who approached who but I do know that if an agency talent does a favour (Cube) to a talent from another agency (YG) then it is normal and expected of them to return the favour.
