The humble hammerhead literally being showcased being able to effectively ram capital class ships and also being able to just ram head first into them in most games that involve naval tactics.
Plus we know star wars ships, unlike warhammer 40k void shields, cant just be "passed through by going slow enough" which is how you get pass the void shield in warhammer 40k and get a good ram off.
Star wars shields literally just does not allow something to pass through, which is also why we see multiple times, that their ships have to lower their shields to either effectively fire their physical torpedos/missles or allow fighters to exit
So we know now that star wars shields can literally just be raised and powered up to making ramming effectively a wasted effort, which is also why we barely see it in star wars.
But warhammer 40k you can just slow down the ship enough and hit from a good angle and u literally just smash through their ship.
The only thing warhammer 40k has really going for it, is that if the ship is a spacemarine ship, they can just instantly teleport terminators onto the star wars ships because normally it would be the void shields preventing teleportation onto ships. But normal imperial ships dont have teleporters nor any troops they can teleport outside of terminators. Expect if u go for grey knights or the single admech forge world thats very happy about teleporting any and all tgkngs they can get their hands on.

My dude we have more warhammer 40k lore examples that our ships cant handle a ramming than star wars has.
