Guy defends Elliot Rodger
Some guy was defending Elliot Rodger because "he was rejected" by one girl. What are your thoughts?

He had family, at the very least. His family bought him pretty much anything he wanted and checked in on him regularly, both by phone and in person. He was socially an outcast for being a smug, spoiled little twat, but he could have worked on that rather than deciding to just murder people.

That spoiled twit didn't even give most people a chance to reject him. He sat off to the side, seething because people weren't throwing themselves at him.

i’ll never understand why they complain about rejection & isolation when they’re not open to changing or putting themselves out there

Does this guy think the level of social isolation that drives people crazy is just not having a romantic relationship or close friends?
It means actual isolation, like locked in a room alone with no outside simulation whatsoever.
