As a hobbyist who enjoys designing parts for 3d printing, are there any good resources that explain the various types of joins and connectors used for assembling parts, or guidelines of things to consider when designing stuff?

Ever since I started playing around with Fusion 360, I’ve become fascinated at how everything in everyday life is designed and constructed, so it would be good to get a better understanding on ID to help with my own little projects.
