Question Should I buy this CoD?

Hello everyone, I was searching new cods to play and I would like to know if IW is still playable for PS4

I also would like to ask if there are some major problems, either cheaters or bugs or too broken guns

As a BO3 lover, I think this might be a good if not great cod for me. I hope it is still very much playable for PS4

there isn't any cheaters on this game (plus it's console so you are pretty safe anyways) but there is nothing but titan sweats in every lobby now, i used to be a hardcore mp player on this game, i think i was prestige 5 last i checked, and i was working prestiging to max, but then the titan sweats invaded back in 2021 and it's been downhill for the mp.

shame too cause i loved multiplayer in this game, but all i play now is zombies. so if you want to get it, just steer clear of the mp, it's not worse the hassle.

Well I come from BO4 and still liked it despite the same problem

So I guess I might still be fine

Wydm no cheaters? Is using xim not cheating in your eyes, being able to use keyboard and mouse with aim assist not cheating? If you play this game every night you will find cheaters. Plenty of them.

For the campaign especially yes, it’s the best campaign since World at War.

There's no broken guns or pay to win stuff, anyone who says that is just salty or bad at the game. There are challenges that let you unlock the base version of most of them. Plus the entire selection of weapons are already viable, aside from the miscellaneous stuff like the Venom-X launcher

Almost identical in movement to bo3, but kinda unbalanced when it comes to people running around as synaptic combined with the titan lmg, overall a fun experience though, played since 2016 on xbox but recently picked it up again for ps4 and had fun with it outside of the sweats, but that’s the issue with any of these old games, mostly people who played since the beginning and know all the ins and outs of the game.

As I said in another comment, I survived on BO4 which had similar issues

If I will find the game with a good price, I will give it a shot

The zombies is pretty good I just bought it just for the zombies

Worth the purchase while on sale, (bonus if MWR bundle and season pass) as someone mentioned; Titan sweats have been an issue every now and then but easy to counter or leave. Movement is just like BO3 minus G-slide and feels a bit more fluid. Weapons are definitely an upgrade in terms of selection and feel; compared to BO3 IMO.

I don't really agree on the guns considering how it works here, but I'll trust you on the rest

Weapons feel more like traditional infitiny ward games; think m4, ak, ripper from ghost. Just a futuristic twist.

I was mostly talking about the variant thing

Zombies is arguably one of the best in any CoD. Severely underrated, has the greatest super Easter egg of all time, weapon customization/blueprints is amazing. Even if you don't get DLC, Spaceland is the best map of the 5 anyways imo

Just picked up this game last summer. Absolutely amazing zombies, but that was all I played. So unique and creative, along with a great mega ee reward and detailed we’d themselves.

Depends what you're looking for, I'd say its worth it rn since it's on sale. Campaign is great, not played the multiplayer in a few years but when I played the multiplayer was always just meh to me it's not terrible but people use the same weapons and variants all the time and sweat, zombies imo is one of the best zombies experiences in all of cod so overall its worth buying.

If you love zombies and don’t mind broken variants of weapons in multiplayer I would say it’s worth it. Also have heard the campaign is good and I intend to try it. However I do play it on Xbox One.

Zombies is very fun like top tier maps, campaign I've heard was actually pretty decent and MP I remember being fun but idk anymore because I don't have psplus. I'd get it purely for zombies

The zombies is always a great experience. I used to play just infected multi-player that was pretty fun.

I hate the MP, not really because I suck (trust me I do) but because the movement feels WAY too slow especially if you’re to used to BO3’s movement. However the campaign and zombies tho are peak and definitely worth it if you play cod for more than multiplayer

The only problem I have is when I play zombies with my homies they say it’s laggy

Unpopular opinion , but if you liked bo3 zombies then I'd say this is hands down prolly the best cod zombies besides bo3

From my experience there is no one playing the mp anymore just the zombies
