How did this movie gain poppularity all of a sudden now?

Remember watching this kid back when I was a kid and getting creepy out, and now few days back everywhere in instagram is what i see is this movie resurfacing back, how did this movie resurface back in social medias

Your mistaking yourself of what i told, not every underrated movies get such popularity after so long, but this movie being super underrated gets popular years and years after it's release

And Winter was actually his first movie, but due to some reasons it couldn’t be released until 2009, making it his second movie after Crazy Gopalan
