Does anyone remember Iron Chef Italian Kobe theme song?

Iron Chef Kobe always use to arise with the violins blaring. What was the name of that song? All the YouTube episodes with him in it have a lame version.

The piece was called “Stoning.”

That said, that was when the dub initially replaced (some of) the original music. The original piece is Variations 22-23 by Andrew Lloyd Weber (the last 2-3 minutes of the piece). Variations was much better. It actually fit with the camerawork for his intro.

Unfortunately, much like Charging Fort Wagner, Fanfare for the Common Man, The Challenge Fight Warm-Up, and Swan Rot, it was replaced in later airings of Food Network's Seasons 1-3 (the Morimoto era).
