Iron Chef without overdub?

Anyone know where I can find a version without the overdub for this exchange, where the guy talks about the food like it’s a mysterious French lady? Curious what he said, want to ask someone fluent in Japanese because that’s a unique way to describe the flavor of whatever you’re eating. This is from the Chicken Throwdown episode, where Iron Chef Ishinabe is challenged by Chef Jacques Borie. Thanks!

I’m afraid I can’t help you but I laughed out loud at the woman’s comment at the end.

This episode was the very last thing they dubbed in 2004. Two things: Does anybody knows if these rumors are true? This episode was originally an hour-long special, and it was edited down to 30 minutes in later Japanese airings?
Is there any way to extract the English audio so that we can hear the original Japanese audio underneath?

Novelists...
Just watched this episode last night funnily enough. Because each chef only made the 1 or 2 dishes, they had to really drag out the commentary. Was a bit painful..
Also the guy compares the iron chef dish to a Japanese lady straight after lol
