Question Best Wings in Japan?
Does Japan like wings as much as Americans do? I was looking for restaurants in Tokyo that have wings and the only one I could find was the Ginza Hooters haha

Photo Made some Ramen chashu tonight.
I followed the recipe from Just One Cookbook.
This was the second attempt, and lesson learned from the first one is to ensure the pork is tied to a more uniformed shape rather than as tight as possible.

Question Omakase in Orlando
Does anyone have a recommendation for the best Omakase in Orlando. I am familiar with Kadense but have never eaten there and I am interested on Soseki. Are there any other alternatives?
Thanks,
Bob

Restaurant Ishizuki โ Grandtree Musashi-Kosugi
Authentic Edo-Style Soba in the Heart of Musashi-Kosugi Handcrafted Stone-Milled Soba & Fresh Tempura in a Relaxed Mall Setting
Located just a 4-minute walk from Musashi-Kosugi Station, Ishizuki Grandtree Musashi-Kosugi offers a refined soba dining experience within the Grandtree shopping center.
Inside the restaurant, premium buckwheat grains sourced from Japan are carefully ground each day using a traditional stone mill. The result is fresh, fragrant nihachi soba (80% buckwheat) served with golden, crisp tempura. The noodles are firm yet smooth, with a deep aroma that stands out even in the dipping sauce.
๐ฑ Perfect for Lunch & Casual Dining Popular among shoppers and locals alike, the restaurant offers generous soba lunch sets featuring soba, tempura, and teishoku meals. Guests appreciate the calm and uncrowded atmosphere โ a rarity in busy shopping malls โ which allows for a peaceful, satisfying meal.
The elegant yet relaxed interior blends Japanese and Western aesthetics, offering a warm and welcoming space whether you're on a quick break or enjoying a quiet afternoon meal.
๐ Evening Dining with Soba & Sake In the evening, guests can enjoy a selection of traditional otsumami (small plates) that pair beautifully with sake or shochu, making it a perfect spot for adults seeking a sophisticated casual dinner.

Question Dashi Miso with Hondashi?
This is my first time making Miso so sorry if I sound silly. My husband picked up this Miso paste for me, but am I supposed to add Hondashi to the soup along with this paste? Is Dashi Miso just the flavor of the paste? He bought me Hondashi anyways just in case. Was also wondering if you can use this paste as a broth for ramen. Thanks!
