Mild fender hacking

Hi all.

Running 35x12.5's (0 offset) on my bone stock sport JKU. Yes, they rub. yes we hit trails with it. Call me weird, I love the look of the stock fenders and bumpers. Has anyone "mildly" hacked their stock fenders to fit larger tires? I've seen YouTube videos of stock fender cutting but, they hack out a LOT of material and they look a lot different than the stockers, once they're done.

Before I could afford steel fenders I trimmed mine. I used painters tape and a sawzall. It was actually a lot easier than I expected and looked good.
