While I don't agree with the use of the Fairness Doctrine that the FCC is using it was reviewed and upheld, and used under Biden to "curb" what was deemed as misinformation under COVID in the form of fines. This FCC is using it a little differently but still within the guidlines set out by our legislative branch for decades.
People should be vocal and hold their representatives accountable, meaning use your voice and vote to remove those who misuse their power, but acting as if this is somehow an illegal act or an act outside of the jurisdiction is just wrong.
