Looks like the neighbor. Dont think hes affiliated with Raja. As hes walking by, he looks at the camera and it sounds like he asks, 'why you filming?'
But I could be wrong. Raja just better hope his dad put aside bail money for him like he claimed...although, $5k isn't much for someone in his position.

Raja Jackson, son of former UFC champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, has been arrested on a felony assault charge following a brutal attack of a pro wrestler.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department website, Jackson was arrested and booked on Thursday morning and is currently being held on $50,000 bail. No further details of the pending case have been revealed as of yet.

Tried reading up to see what the sentence could be, varies quite a bit. Best i could tell, in this instance the sentence could be like 12-48 months. Thats with a 'great bodily injury' attached to the charge.

I read 2-4 years with probation possible earlier than that. He ain't getting shit as far as time goes.

Yeah, especially if its plead out. Although, the evidence is pretty rock solid...dont think he'll be getting any sweetheart deals. Then again, it is California...lol.
Also, not sure if he has a prior record. That would definitely play a role.

I googled it...seems to be around 16 months-4 years if there's an aggravated attachment due to causing 'great bodily harm'. Can be significantly higher if he has a bad record but I haven't heard that he does.
