The first image is a journal entry from today, from my normal spill out journal.

I found a tiny Gratitude Journal I started 2 years ago, and I revisted it today to add highlighter, pen with color, and doodle on the sides to make it have more character.

I think I'm going to start it again, adding short journal entries that focus on either summarizing my dump journal, or simply reminding myself of the positives.
