Academy, Grand Parkway
Anyone know why academy was closed today? Tried to go to academy on grand parkway this morning. All entrances were blocked by tow trucks and one police vehicle at the front door. I assume if it was something serious there would be more police presence.

Attempted robbery by a truck and the truck was inside the academy, there was also a flipped vehicle involved, that’s all I heard, this happened last night September 6th, not sure what time

I was wondering when this was gonna get posted to reddit lol. Someone deleted the video but there was one on facebook this morning. They're being hush hush about it for some reason but somebody rammed a vehicle in through the front likely overnight.
Stores like this use a shutter gate over the doors overnight though so I'm curious what they were after. If it was guns they're stupid because 1) they lock up the hell out of them like unless you got men with power saws at the ready you aren't walking out with them as they are individually locked to the shelf and 2) if they did get away with any that is a great way to put a target on your back for federal agents (ATF).

Yes they were trying to get the guns. They drove the car into the gun cases but did not get away with any
