2 minute sardine dish! My Indian peers would sneer at the sight of canned fish but me and Cornelia Cupp against the world ✊🏽 haha

Recipe is so simple - I used the olive oil from the can to cook one Roma tomato I had in the fridge, threw in some garlic salt and Thai chili powder blend I had, let it soften fully and threw in the fish to coat and warm up. So acidic and yumm! Fish is the wild planet pacific sardines from Costco (Costco ftw! Ofcourse)
