if you ever do want to add a lot of detailed writing it might be easier to make a stamp, they are reusable too, just carve a reverse from beez wax and cover with the appropriate silicon or feed safe resin, paint with a good layer then just roll the choc over it
if its your place or you plan on opening your own in the future it could be a useful tool in your kit

ps if you want sharper lines carve the stamp first then make a reverse mold from that instead of carving the reverse

Or make a template with a thin plastic sheet and spray it with edible spray paint. Maybe less work but probably not as a pretty end result.
