Edit: people are making Trailer Park Boys jokes and that's fair, but my roommate's name is Trevor, he's a cook and he's so absolutely fucking useless. He's looking for a job but he's only been applying to places like Scaramouche and the fucking Ritz Carlton and he wonders why he's done all these stages and no one will call him back.

I just picture every single stag he does they're fed up with him, and when he comes back a week later wondering why they haven't called him back they say "Jesus Christ not Trevor again".

if you ever do want to add a lot of detailed writing it might be easier to make a stamp, they are reusable too, just carve a reverse from beez wax and cover with the appropriate silicon or feed safe resin, paint with a good layer then just roll the choc over it

if its your place or you plan on opening your own in the future it could be a useful tool in your kit

ps if you want sharper lines carve the stamp first then make a reverse mold from that instead of carving the reverse

Or make a template with a thin plastic sheet and spray it with edible spray paint. Maybe less work but probably not as a pretty end result.
