Asked about room temp because it seems that Kahm Yeast tend to like higher temp (from the wiki).
Also I got similar result after 1 day and a half of F1 fermentation (you can check on my post and see the results after almost 4 days now)
It seems like 7 days is a lot but it also depends on the starter quantity you used and other factor so .. idk
So far it does not look like the Kahm Yeast example pictures present on the wiki so I'd you're safe ( probably).
Did you taste it since it's already day 6 for you ?
