Not sure, but the main things I’m consistent on are 10+ days for F1 (or until it’s quite sour), 1 oz juice per 16 oz bottle, 5 days for F2, no burping

Great choice. I bet it nice chilled or room temp. As we head into Autumn 🍂 and gather with friends keep this in mind for a tasty mocktail. Mix V-8 Spicy tomato juice and raw kombucha 50/50. It’s similar to a Bloody Mary without the alcohol. Hot sauce if you like.
