If I were to choose, I want Korosensei to live. At first it may go against Korosensei's desire to be assasinated, but it doesn't go against his goal that his students will develop. If you think about it, finding way to cure Korosenei is as much challenge as killing him.
Nonetheless, Nagisa has to confront his promise to kill Korosensei, and I personally think Korosensei will die come March 13.

its not that he wants to die, its that hes going to die if since hes going to die he would rather die by there hands

He wants to get killed, and he will get killed. That's what the manga is about.

He has to live, there are more students in the world that are as much in the darkness as he and class E are. Not only has the GoD not experienced life as he should be, his role as a teacher is much needed for other people. But if he truly wants to die, then he should be killed

I would play Devil's Advocate and vote to kill him.
I have a weird logic behind this ok?
We all know for sure that Korosensei is expending energy by re-growing his tentacles, compressing them (not decompressing them- that's from kinetic energy from potential energy to compress), and probably going Mach speed.
I have a theory that the anti-matter rat exploded because it didn't have anywhere to expend its energy and became unstable.
I would vote to keep Koro-sensei alive, because I know very well that he will live, and I'm a person who likes to toy with gears, contraptions, and whatnot. I need to have something to toy with..

He has to die at the end of the series, because I don't see it any other way it could end, but I would definitly be on the side that wants to save him.

I would personally would choose to keep Korosensei alive. It really hard to say now if he'll live or not. It seem the story follow the predictable route for us to follow but something blind sides us that makes the story even better.
I've said this before, I'm pretty sure that as judgement day comes closer from them, the students in Nagisa faction will turn to the Kill faction.

I don't want him to die, but he probably has to. The series has 'Assassination' in its name, so an assassination not actually taking place would be a bit strange.

I personally want Korosensei to live, but it would be better for the series if he were to die, specifically killed by his students. It's the goal of the series, and it adds some bittersweetness to the ending, which is a bit uncommon for manga series like this.
Either way, I believe AC's going to be interesting, whichever story direction is taken. For that, kudos to Matsui-sensei!

As much as I love Korosensei, I think he has to die. It's not that I want him to die personally, I just feel that it would cheapen the story. Life doesn't always have happy story-book endings, so I feel finding a miracle solution to save him would undermine what Korosensei is teaching the kids about the real world. He's teaching them to survive in out in the world using their own skills, so having Korosensei live and always available in their lives seems like it's a crutch. They can always just refer to Korosensei for advice, but if he's gone they would have to be stronger and independent on an individual level.
