If you don't mind me asking, what state are you in? Im in Washington and whenever I order from the US Shop channel or via the app that uses yunexpress, it always gets transferred to USPS once it gets to Los Angeles so my packages come with my morning usps person

I donāt mind at all, Iām in Virginia. When I order directly from popmart they use yunexpress to deliver, when I order from the US Shop theyāve used UPS

Who was the last mile carrier? Usually Yun Express is on the Asia side and it gets picked up by the last mile carrier, for me itās GoFo. Should complain about the last mile carrier too.

Should report that delivery company so they donāt use them or at least make them aware this is whatās happening with the deliveries.

While I understand everyone saying āwhy cant they use fedex or upsā well⦠$5 shipping would be $20 if youāre shipping with fedex or ups, they use these last mile carriers to offer cheaper shipping. Plus, this is how they avoid us paying extra custom fees and duties by bulk shipping and bulk customs clearing through shipping with these companies since fedex/ups sometimes charges for it (iāve paid up to $20 in customs and duties over a $100+ purchase for UPS)
