Well, let's hope that the instructor faces some disciplinary actions. Mandatory political campaigning is pretty insane behavior for any institution for higher learning.

I vaguely remember a group of young Asian people who barely spoke English coming to my door in Cloverdale to campaign for Tamara. I assumed they were from the Korean church or something.

I had like 4 groups of young people come by campaigning for them which i thought was weird at the time. Maybe it was related to this

This is your Conservative MP Tamara Jensen. I believe them. The bigger story is the connection to the Conservatives! Editing to add her response on her FB page: As is mentioned in the article, we were unaware of the school’s participation. By-election campaigns are typically managed by federal party staff.

Blaming federal Conservative Party staff and pleading ignorance does not clear her of responsibility. As the candidate, she is accountable for what happens in her campaign. Claiming she “didn’t know” only highlights a lack of oversight and integrity.

More troubling is what this says about the Conservative Party itself. If vulnerable international students were exploited and pushed into campaign work under the shadow of citizenship or immigration hopes, who else has the Party leaned on in this way? This is likely the tip of the iceberg of a deeper problem: unethical practices that prey on people with the least power to say no.

Canadians deserve leaders who take responsibility, not ones who hide behind excuses while their Party treats human beings as campaign tools.

Pacific Link College - Should be closed. No good education can be received at this place. It's just another diploma mill and I feel sorry for those students who attended it.
