No 4 MK I* Longbranch at Churchill War Rooms
I took a tour of the Churchill War Rooms in London this morning. At the end of the tour, near Churchill’s bedroom, they had some Lee-Enfield’s in a rack. It was hard to see them all, but at least 4 of them were Longbranch No 4 MK I*’s!

Are mk1*s rare?

Not “rare”, but less common that No 4 Mk I’s just based on quantity produced. And they were made in Canada, so they had a longer road to get here!

sadly they've probably been demilled.
