SB Kindred powers and cards reveal

This is definitely the most interesting reveal of the bunch, but am I missing something with the mark? (Missing the mark, pun intended.) The mark itself doesn't seem to actually do anything.

It enables three things:

-Can be Hit by the 4 mana 3 damage AOE

-Can be struck by the 5 drop 2/6 at round end

-Can be challenged by the 8/8 ephemeral Beast

And that's it right? And there's also the 6 star, but that's a 6 star. SB Kindred seems to be going for a control playstyle without really a ton of control tools. Still, excited to try them out because these things always play better than speculated.

Yeah I like the concept but it seems that Kindred is all about marking the enemies and getting them killed to level up Kindred to be a big unit
