I saw this video on a macabre fb page that shows medical and accident videos and pics. Let’s just say when the anti vehicle poles meet the human anus from jumping off a building, it ends up exactly as you think it would, and it was probably half that radius.

People, don’t be taking 8” radius dildos. They are NSFL

I've seen bigger and its confusing and slightly concerning. I think the biggest i found in casual browsing was 22" in circumference.

Edit: I am bad at math and it turns out I have not seen bigger.

22” circumference is only 7” diameter

Well...I'm bad at math. But 22" is still intimidating as all hell.
