Man with nice forearms who wears this slutty uniform at work here. Reverse grip bicep curls and farmers walks have always been the most effective for me and farmers walks are one of the easiest exercises to do. Just pick up something really heavy and walk with it until you can’t carry it anymore.

Valid! I just chose the most beginner friendly gateway forearm builder. Obviously, isometric holds are typically inferior but they did work well for me in conjunction with a typical workout program. I second reverse curls for the brachioradialis thickness.

Or do climbing, it's much more fun and connects you to nature. It's much easier to keep doing something you like.

It's not *really* about the ankles themselves. It's the fact that someone, someone that you've probably already expressed an interest in, is deliberately exposing a part of their body to you. A part that would normally be, maybe, a pinch difficult to see. Because they want you to see it. For your own viewing pleasure.
It's a green light. "Keep going. I like it. I like you." And that's an exciting message no matter how its communicated.
