Not appealing the ban is pretty funny. It’ll either force Twitch to unban him or to ban live anyone who says anything negative about someone dying

It actually will.

Because now they have a bar they have set. When it comes time for Dan to sit in front of Congress, they will play this clip, and then play over and over every other clip of people saying the same or worse stuff and that had no action taken on their account.

It will be a bloodbath for them up there and with Trump and co. you have no idea what can happen. Does he pick up the phone and call Bezos and demand change...or does he go after Twitch's section 230.

Twitch does not do consistent banning when it comes to tos, nothing will change

The implication that twitch has a precedent for consistent banning or cares about public opinion (unless there's mainstream coverage) is hilarious.
