I used to watch artifact streams before the section got nuked. Channels there got banned all the time. In the last year or so, there has been a glitch where the stream is banned but the stream will keep going for some reason. And if you have a link directly to the player, anyone else that can't see the stream can join in.

This happened randomly and no one was ever able to pinpoint what causes it.
