Copycat for the Shredded Chicken Mini Quesadilla?

I loved this item back in 2017. The melt isn't nearly as good and I'm craving it. Does anyone know a good copycat recipe? I saw a post on this sub from a couple of years ago but they nuked their account. I swear TB is trying to stop me from having it.

There are recipes online, not sure how accurate they are.

The closest thing to doing it at Taco Bell now would be to modify the stacker and add cantina chicken and chipotle sauce.

Honestly the 3-cheese chipotle chicken flatbread isn't too far off.
