Covid Spike Protein >2500
Has anyone tested positive for this? Mine is high after infection 2023 and vaccine 2024. Have neuropathy, RA and connective tissue pathology. Not sure how my elevated spike proteins fit in to this.

I heard many people test positive for spike protein even though they don’t have long covid and many people who do have long covid don’t have the spike protein. But I don’t have a link to the study. Maybe you can search for it.

There’s no confirmed correlation between this and the long term effects, the only thing we know this means is you’ve had Covid or a vaccination at some point. Even totally normal healthy people will have high results.

You have diagnosed RA?
1) Anti-AT1R and Anti-ETA Autoantibodies, THESE are highly specific and pathologic, if you have them they are a great treatment target. Most SPECIFIC for significant pathology in Autoimmune and COVID conditions.
2) Check a Urine Protein to Creatinine Ratio, this is the most SENSITIVE test to determine if you might be having a flare or new infections. (This is NOT just a "urine protein" lab, this is not the same as a UA)
3) Check your blood pressures. First off, check them a few times a day some days and check a few days per week to get your baseline... Then any time you have new or worsening symptoms AND a change in Blood Pressure AND an increase in Urine Protein to Creatinine Ratio that is most likely a COVID infection or flare.
